You had the vision and most importantly the guts to do it.Kind of like buying your first investment property.

I just try to be compassionate and hopefully can assist making that transition more controllable versus an abrupt eviction.Regarding the estimates, I leave that mostly to the buyer, as they are the ones that will have the vision and budget to determine if my Rehab costs are accurate or not.

Been there done that, stay focused and don't fall in love with the house, it clouds your vision and you tend to spend more.  

I had no one to share my goals and visions with because they were stuck in the "poor, only rich people can have these things or do this and that mindset".

Also with action always be persistent towards the vision and end goal.

But I applaud your vision and think you're moving in the right direction. 

No-one is going to put up money if they don't believe you know what you are doing and don't see your vision.
