Wow , that seems so unfair for the agent , he has to fill all the 20 pages of the real estate offer , how dare you waste their time - you deserve to be fired .Ha haLets start with the basics , 95% won't help a newbie , This percentage decreases a bit and your odds of finding help increases if you become experienced .

For any one reading this and thinking of putting 66% before work starts , I would ask you to spend few hundred and get a consultation with an attorney , call up any investors or any home owners you know in your circle who has got some rehab work done , read through the posts in this forums by searching with "contractor" keyword , general google search and even call other established contractors in the area - Then Make a decision , This is subjective but I would not run , but I would "bolt" from there , ha ha
