@Himavant KurnalaI recommend asking your employer's plan administrator directly if the funds can be transferred while you are still employed with them.

The court would have to appoint an administrator (which is the usual process when there is no will) then the property could be sold.   

It is true that you cannot receive any compensation from the retirement account for your management and that your duties must be administrative in nature.

Might mention the account with the offer so the seller will know how payments will be made to reduce his administration and accounting.

If it's a one-asset estate, it might be a simple as filing an affidavit or it may be an informal, summary probate with a single court appearance or a formal probate with appointment of an administrator.
