@Sami GrenBecause tenants down at the bottom of the property range trying to avoid eviction and eke out one or two more months of occupancy lie about partial payments, and the nature and kind of payments, like water flows downward and sparks fly upward.

Ouch.I have a Tax Agent fight them every year but it doesn't help.I wouldn't mind so much because of appreciation and all ya'know but I'm in the business for cash flow and I haven't been able to raise my rents in a meaningful way in the past two years so the taxes are just eating me alive.
