Real estate investing carries risk and people need to acknowledge that, also if you are a true entrepreneur at heart you will find a way to succeed, not everyone will try as hard as you, and most will probably give up because they don’t have the heart to see the vision through.

This is my first step and I know my vision is ambitious.

They have you along the ride for 4% of the total investment capital required... not very compelling to me, now you want monthly reporting, tax K1, have a different long-term vision.

I did not realize, though, that I might have a problem with local lenders now that I am not in the area.I still have accounts with SEFCU and Visions, so I figured I'd start there.

But, I have a good vision of where I want to take the building and we will do that one step at a time.

I for one love seeing young people like yourself with a vision for their future!
