They simply want someone with honesty and integrity that is competent in their profession and gets results from doing what they say they will do.Getting the listing is not the hard part.Getting the seller to price realistically and getting to closing to get paid is the art form.A potential client can tell right away when they ask a question if you look away or squirm and are evasive.Not every piece of business will come to you nor will you want it.Good Luck

We do not charge homeowners, nor do they pay any extra fees when they get a reservation through the VRBO channels, as we are a integrated with VRBO and do not pay them on a per-booking basis.For every Airbnb or VRBO booking that you receive on your own, you are paying them anywhere from 8 to 11 percent for that booking.

In being a property manager for 12 plus years I always like to understand why people are moving, it helps you to understand their thought process and sometimes integrity as a person, depending on the answer. * How long have you lived at your current address ( get a rental verification)* How long have you been employed ( I like people who can show at least 6 months on job if current job is a new position last job needed to be at least 6 months of employment) * other occupants (how many people over and under 18) * review their credit and criminal of course * evictions and or dispossessory* verify that they earn at least 3x's the rent I know in Georgia you are not allowed to ask people or assumptions about medical conditions.

Some LL also think that health care workers have an integrity that you can't rely on with other tenants (being a nurse I know this isn't necessarily true).
