Management Fees and Listing Fees
How do most STR owners handle listing a property on multiple listing sites (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO, Vacasa, etc.)? If you use a property management company that has their own listing site, but you want to list with other services, do you pay the listing fee on top of the management fee, but the management company manages the property no matter how the renter came to stay at the house?
Does any of this make sense?! :p

If you are paying a PM they should be listing on their site, Vrbo and Airbnb at a minimum.
