Making for MORE dual agency situations, pizzing off sellers because GUESS WHAT, by law when one get's put into dual agency they CANT represent the seller anymore, they represent THE TRANSACTION and can NOT lend bias to any party in any direction.

In the long run, most liberal city would allow any kind of drugs, legalizing weed is old school now lol , in a Canada province they are already decriminalized fentanyl and cocaineThere is bias that gov. going to decriminalized drugs and what is perceived as criminal action (such as in CA) LOL
