Contracting in Florida

Are labor prices deflated or inflated in Florida? In other words, what is the relationship between supply and demand for contracting services? I am new to the state. I am trying to build out a SOW. Also, If you are local to Orlando, Florida and have completed some flips or BRRRs leave some contractor recommendations.

I am in Sanford, but if thats the case it shouldn't be too much of a difference. Any recommendation? I have some off-market single families in my rolodex, but I need to build a team down here before I take on the risk.
