Your response was that I was incorrect but that the zoning said that there couldn't be more than 3 unrelated people in the same property, which, of course, in properties with 5+ bedrooms would be the equivalent of what I said - that that property, in that zone, could not be used for student housing.

Some, I'm sure as is always the case, will recommend you start by managing it yourself because then you'll learn how it's 'supposed' to be managed... which is really the equivalent of saying go work on your car so that you learn how a mechanic should fix it.

I've looked at 2 thusfar with both charging a monthly fee (when there are tenants) but they also charge a "leasing fee" which is equivalent to the estimated rent.
