If you can get s great price for a very nice property (in my opinion, $35k or less rehabbed) you have a note of $200-$300 and they all rent out for at least $850, 3 bedrooms +)Most are scared to even set foot in these areas because of what they see on tv or in the news but those that understand the numbers are constantly looking for more properties to rent in these areas.Want examples please take a look at before and after pics of SEVERAL homes, duplexes etc that are presently rented out and have been for over 5 years or more with a profit of at least $400-$500 per home.

They didn't know their market and got conditioned to high numbers on TV or other markets and didn't realize that $180k is VERY expensive for many parts of our town.The danger is because our real estate is so affordable people are coming in from out of town seeing potential to increase rents...well, again, it depends on neighborhood.
