Here's the thing, property management will place a qualified tenant, but you would place someone you can get along with.With a cell phone you can easily get a repair done by someone and not pay a markup for the phone call.Just food for thought.

Idk why, but a service that gets me great cell phone records in Texas might suck in Ohio and vice versa.

Has traffic counts, cell phone data, market overviews, really powerful stuff to be able to tell if the location you choose has enough of a population to support the self storage operation, or expansion.
