How could the fathers health care cost affect a LC pro or con?

Augusta, GA is a metro area of about 500k people and an economy powered mostly by government, healthcare and some manufacturing. 

Unfortunately, I drank corporate kool-aid and disregarded his early advice to invest into real estate.  

One: They have hit hard times and are using housing subsidy or and aide program which requires them to provide a W-9 along with the leasing agreement in order to obtain said aide for housing payments.

Long time lurker, first time poster.I'm a mid-twenties healthcare professional living in downtown Raleigh.  

Simple and fast at this point just rip the band aid off. 

The gerrymandering they get to aide them in re-election Anyway, tonights' result MIGHT help to get their attention.
