I'm really willing to donate money to start a term limits policy for ALL politicians. There are so many reasons for it. Even when you think they're dead, they're NOT dead. Crist finds he can't win as Rep so decides he'll now run independent. Bob Bennett from UTAH can't get past the caucuses to even RUN again for sen. Now, he's threatening to have a write in campaign started!
I'm sick of these guys and their arrogance. I'm sure there are others also. Here are the problems, imo. What are your thoughts?
1. The longer they serve, the more indebted they are to lobbys
2. The more money they raise to keep them in office, and harder to get them replaced.
3. The argument they use about their longevity and committees they get to keep.
4. They say they know what is best for their state or the country , and we're stupid.
5. The gerrymandering they get to aide them in re-election
Anyway, tonights' result MIGHT help to get their attention. Rich
