Along with hundreds of articles, blogs and posts about how shady and aggressive the Rich Dad Education series are I found a 20 minute "Canadian Dateline" investigation that took cameras undercover and inside the 3 day class.  

But, I am not sure what are the tax and legal repercussions for a Canadian to invest in the US.

@Nicole YeboahI never had any fears about it but I had all my wife's fears to deal with which were inherited from her Canadian parents who are very financially conservative.
