New member investing in Canada, living in Turks and Caicos!

Hey everyone,

I've read countless books, magazines, articles, attended seminars and webinars on every aspect of real estate investing. I recently acquired a mentor to help me put all of this knowledge into (further) action. I found this forum and thought it would be a great place to network. Everyone accomplishes more together. Have you found this to be the case in this forum?

I have 2 rental properties in Ontario that are partly self managed. I'm actively looking to grow my portfolio for my partners and I.

Fun fact: I recently quit my Federal Government job that most people would die for and moved to Turks and Caicos to live in a condo on the beach....where most people would die to live.

What I do: I run 3 businesses remotely from my condo and spend many hours by the pool or at one of the top ranked beaches in the world. I am not telling you this to show off, I just want people to realize that it's not as difficult as most people think to live out their dreams.
