That is what I would want if I was in that situation... golden rule.

The Golden Rule doesn't apply less to us than anyone else. 

I want long term tenants, they are golden, even if the rent is a bit low.  

In my book and many, many move-outs, this one is golden.  

And, if you want to get rid of a problem, you can just give them notice.Yes ..that is golden nugget advice
