My first wave was a yellow letter. 

Lots of different indicators, but unfortunately, no magic wand to wave over my list to highlight only the people that NEED to sell.

@Michael Quarles   Agree we are all just address's  its just that this seems like a new wave of reserve marketing ... did you invent it ?

The thing with making waves like that^ is you need to be prepared to do something else after that.

I have come to realize that compared to where BP was say 3 years ago, we are sliding in the quality of informative posts.It's rather difficult to say, but this new wave of newbies bouncing in speaking authoritatively as if they know something is getting harder to keep up with, then include the sharks looking for prey, the wanabe gurus, and those that don't understand Chapter One of the Principles of Real Estate and we have a real mess!  

I plan drop off my first wave of letters in the morning on my way to work.

Its all about on and off again marketing so we can travel with the wave.
