Get a thicker skin and get rid of your entitlement mentality - accusing the seller of blackmail and being unethical when you defaulted on the contract won't sit well w/ other investors.    

I did find it to be true and witness beautiful in-ground pools getting backfilled. 

In fact, to address the accusation you make of me about not wanting to spend money, I'm not sure where that came from as I have no dealing with you. 

Most students (through my experience as a witness) will trash the place, punch holes in the wall after getting drunk, etc.

I would highly recommend both neighborhoods for investing based on what I've witnessed. 

This could be the canary for the US housing market, where we have witnessed fast growth and job creation.

I'd pay that just to witness it all again.

The SECOND you embrace this... you can finally stop clinging to methods that will RARELY find you motivated sellers like bandit signs, door knocking, cold claling, DMM etc. etc.THIS is the exact thing I have been tryign to convince people of ... for years (yet people accuse me of selling seo).You can do it yourself.

They were obviously doing all kinds of bad things (non-disclosure, non-arms length buyers, etc.) but the indictment says the accused "made material misrepresentations to financial institutions about the price buyers had offered to pay for real property."

Pat's advice was even more generic/statistically-irrelevant than Pat's accusations.
