You might try one trial property first to see what it is like.... stress test your strategy (like literally experience the "stress" when a people or property problem arises--see more below)....

There is no volume requirement, and you could probably get a free trial on a few people if you are serious.

Generally this ends in a CFK or eviction (I would say 80/20 in favor of CFK) and no trials or court dates or whatever.
