Hello my name is Sage, I'm new to real estate and I recently  learned about the Option to Purchase Real Estate Contract/Agreement and I could definitely use some tips I've been digging and digging at this topic because I don't want to pay for the webinars that teach me how to do it.

I think you can use the calculator like 5 times for free without the PRO membership, but for me, the $232 (20% discounts are given on all the webinars, etc.) -- it was well worth the price since I am 100% committed to getting involved in REI.

I have read some books, watched some webinars, and listened to some podcasts.

The ability to watch archived webinars is also a big plus. 

So to all the Newbies out there,  its good to learn the business (reading, webinars , etc...)  

I have attended many of the online webinars and I have begun to read, and plan to finish, the "Top 20 books all R.E.I. should read" as listed from BP.
