Hello all,

As the title suggests, I am new to the real estate investment game. I have read some books, watched some webinars, and listened to some podcasts. I am ready to make my first deal. I am on here to ask what is the best advice/tip/book someone has given you? Thanks in advance

-Ray

Find an experienced investors to partner with and then find a deal. Your partner should be able to show you the ropes and keep you from making mistakes. Don't listen to the gurus...jumping in with both feet with no experience is a terrible idea. Find a partner / teacher so you don't jump into quicksand.
