Each now has a son with multiple felony convictions (one TWICE convicted for drug dealing with gun in car, the other TWICE convicted of violent assault while committing a mugging) coming out of prison, and each just assumed that they could bring their little darling "home". 

This includes sex offenders, violent felons, active bankruptcies, etc.

If it was violent or more serious in nature, I would disqualify him.  

You would never want a casual observation from some information you published leading to a violent crime. 

Very low crime rates (No violent crimes), decent schools, people still walk around and ride their bikes.

We do not rent to anyone with an eviction, bankruptcy, violent crime, less than our income threshold on their back ground check. 

I was worried most about a tenant actually doing something violent to a mobile home park owner....a down on his luck tenant, maybe lost job, going thru divorce assaulting a "rich" landlord.
