Hello BP!

Good morning/afternoon/evening wherever you are! 

I wanted to ask my fellow landlords and/or property managers if there are any type of Tenant Grading system to use when screen prospective tenant?

I’m working on building my tenant screening process from start to finish and I want to implement a grading system. I’m wondering if such a tool or method already exist.

I’d like to add to my system some effective way to grade prospects based on credit, income, criminal background, ect. 

As always any insight is more the appropriated!
