Thanks for the idea, however, I failed to mention that one of the window wells is along the side of a narrow driveway, thus anything built up around the well could get in the way of vehicles trying to use the driveway.

This vehicle puts you in the driver's seat, allowing you to explore the vast horizons beyond stocks and bonds.

I want a limit on vehicles, they are refusing to put that.

It can protect you when your workers are loading up a work vehicle in a home depot lot, when they pick up the phone while in the office and slander someone etc. 

Chucaralao  the only pre-screening I ask is number of people, number and type of animals, number of vehicles, and do you smoke?

@Ryan Fox @Kevin SobiloOur lease does state:"Tenant may not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment right or safety of other tenants through disturbances including but not limited to TVs, stereos, musical instruments, other loud noises, heavy walking, or other disturbing actions."

So I sign my lease, then I was informed that we have no mail services at our place, the landlord will not put in mailbox but we can always get a P.O.Box. we'll first I have no vehicle to even go get my mail, it's not in walking distance and there are no local busses on our area.

What cash-flow, if any, you plan to generate from this property.If you are short on cash and/or your rental projections will be tight, then the 7/1 ARM might make more sense.If you are good on cash and/or your rental projects show that you will be generating sufficient cash flow, then the 30-year fixed might be a better option.I have used both mortgage vehicles for my properties, dependent on my situation at the time.  

PA & OH allow 4-5 homes a year to be sold w/o a license; PA requires a vehicle dealers license for new homes, but a traditional RE license is ok for used homes.
