The inspector pointed out the following:- Clogged gutter(s): one had tree roots growing inside- Caulking and/or cementing needed on outside of the house to seal gaps- Filthy crawlspace with water intrusion (possibly due to clogged gutters).

We got lucky in that we could handle it ourselves, no major root issues or collapsed pipes, just lots of disgusting backup in the tubs and washer drain sink.

. :)More and more businesses are putting down roots in Valdosta as the city expands, so I'm guessing rents will only go up in the next several years.
