They are more work - normally the units are furnished and stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, etc. ... kind of cross between an apartment and a hotelIn your situation, I presume they are bringing their own furniture, but you may want to consider renting furnished as there is less wear and tear to your unit with all the moving in and moving out.Here we are not allowed to require or accept rent more than one rental period in advance.

Hi @Sean Ploskina a friend of the family used products from this company almost 10 yrs ago http://www.dyebrick.com/an the whole house still looks as good as the day they did it, definitely have to scrub the building with a good oil remover like Dawn dish-liquid is what they used but it turned out amazing. and is still going strong, the company ships anywhere in the world hope this helps you kick up your curb appeal that your looking for.
