Who pays for re-aiming Direct TV after reroof..Landlord or tenant

Hello,

New to bigger pockets and looking for advice about an issue that I think may come up. Recently bought a property and a tenant already had a tv dish on the roof. I am getting the roof redone(rubber flat roof) and the roofer told me that often times even after they put the dish back it needs to be re-aimed. After researching this it appears that it can cost $49 to have direct tv come out to do that.

Do you feel it is the tenants responsibility to pay for that or should the landlord who is getting the roof redone cover it? Tenant is already irritated because roofer cut his dish and he is going to be out of tv for a week. In the roofers defense they cut the wire of the dish the tenant said was his. Tenant appears to have been mistaken. Roofer probably should have unscrewed it instead of cutting it but that is another story.

I appreciate the advice!
