Yeah, most of the places I look (Zillow, mls, etc.) if they advertise seller financing, the place is usually a dump with bullet holes in the walls and blood stains on the carpets. :) I think I might just give that a try!

We never charge our tenants for painting to turn a unit ... but in this case I had to use a heavy duty sealant primer to ensure the stains and odors don't come right back up.

One nice unifying thing that would cost very little is to use a dark gray concrete stain on both the foundation and the curving walkway.
