Highly populated with high-paying jobs will have that problem of not having cash flow, same in silicon valley, Manhatten, LA, etc.If you have enough money to buy $1.1M house, then don't count out the possibility of investing in the USA!

The builders need to start building again .The SPEC builders were rolled up and sent packing .We all see the news SF have sky high prices but with silicon valley still cranking our high paying tech jobs that will keep prices firm .I watch the financial news all the time ,I play metals small play , I am making money again ye haw!

It would cost 150-400 for the material and take a couple hours to install.The laminate would never last long enough though even if you sealed every crack with silicone and followed the directions with putting on end caps, chips, burns and cutting marks would still show up.

I think that once we go back to (a new form of) "normal", Silicon Valley tech companies (Google, Yahoo, Youtube, Facebook etc) will realize employees working remotely can be as productive as having them physically present on site.
