While we are not eating on beans and rice now, we are curious what people's thoughts are on "Starting Out" while having student debt.We currently have a plan in place that we are following to get out of SFH and into four-plex to house hack then do our debt snowball.Would love to hear if anyone else had similar stories or their PO.Mike

But I'm leaning towards the latter even though it means I end up back at my original desk job in 6 months, because the 6 month gig may allow me to learn more about commercial real estate and set me up for better long-term goals, and there's no pay cut.As for lifestyle changes, the goal of real estate is to not have to go back to rice and beans.
