:)    I've recruited a few agents on BP so far- Generally most brokerages don't understand investors and how their needs are different than a typical agent. 

Of the 10, 2 left real estate all together within a few months, 3 were recruited to other brokerages (you know you're doing OK when you're being recruited), and the rest of us are still with KW.

Instead, he's recruited me to find good short term deals (value adds that take less than 6 months) as opposed to his current longer speculative deals (condo developments that take 18+months).

No, I recruited near there, but didn't know anything about real estate investing at that time.
