If I have some doc that needs notarizing he will come to my office and do it.. when i have east coast closings.. they will do all those .. no appointment I just pop in with the docs they do all the notarizing and if its a big package I forward to them first they print them out on their big printer and they are sitting there waiting for me.. 

One google search, a printer and court filling away and I suspect he may be next posting "how do I stop a foreclosure from a lien judgement".

In the olden days I went to the title plant, looked up transfers on microfiche, carried the maps to the dot matrix printer.

Computer, printer, walkie-talkies to take the parks (not everyone wants to use their phone when abroad because of the cost), efficient ac units, large washing machine and dryer (will save you money on electricity and water).  

taz - do you send the envelopes through the printer too?

It does take a bit of time to initially make all of the necessary adjustments to make it look just right, but now I just throw my paper and envelopes in my printer and print them all out using the mail merge functionality from my list. 

I figured they'd be 8.5" x 11" booklets but the printer is quoting $400 to create them.

Even for a DIY campaign, you can use a laser printer and Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word to create customized white letters.
