You dig a dry well do you know how deep you can dig into the water?

I ask because the more I dig about local regulations on STRs the more popular AirBNB and VRBOs become I want to make sure I know how to find the best locations with minimal restriction.Thanks!

The largest residential REIA group in the area is DIG  (Diversified Real Estate Investor Group | Real Estate Education in Bucks County, PA (digonline.org)) - I would go there to investigate the meeting schedules and locations as they have many opportunities to network and connect.

My heart skips a beat as I imagine the bills of digging a new gas supply line out to the street.

However there are niches that are what I would call advanced strategies and usually these are done in the back end of these transactions the stuff you really have to dig for..
