I guess you could do it - Once until the brokers see what's going on.If you get mult sources, you have multiple fees and credit checks and appraisals.If the broker screwed up, I'd def call the state reg and lodge a complaint.

I saw a separate post on a military social forum that said the JTR has been updated to allow for full reimbursement if you stay in an AirBnB/STR while on a TAD if government lodging is not available. 

My bussiness partner has 3 lodges nearby the city, at around 20min.

I also made sure they don't currently offer their own lodging onsite, and the nearest lodging offerings are hotels further away than the prospective Airbnb I found, so these venues are actually eager to have an option like one we'd provide.

This was built in a new construction neighborhood, and the builder actually did this on 8 of the lodges.
