In my market, the folks that have swim spas do much better than those without.I have cabins with small indoor pools and they do 2 to 3 times as good as the comparable cabins that do not have them.  

I'm glad when they banned smoking in bars or wherever they serve food indoors.

I don't suspect they would be busting in doors with guns drawn on that one.

btw, my long term goals is just become established in my area in rehabbing and rental properties.I can't stand being stuck in doors and I love being hands on, so getting into the REI and rehabbing projects will allow me to have that and earn a living while doing so.

one thing I've found helps in door to door is to change your body language.
