I was in the Army two days after high school graduation to deal with the fall of Yugoslavia, then became a postal carrier, a baker in a doughnut shop, a coffee distributor, a motorcycle mechanic, and the list goes on.

I finish most of my requirements to be able to graduate at the end of this semester but I just reclassed so I essentially have 2 years before I graduate highschool.

I've been developing business solutions since high school (I graduated in 1980), and I've been developing secure, scalable business solutions on the web since, well, since people started developing business solutions on the web.

Most of my tenants are upper middle class, 700+ credit scores, have graduate degrees, and are very professional (which makes my life much easier, and saves me lots of time--which saves me money).

She does work but will not graduate until 2025.

The absolute best would be staff positions for a REIT or real estate operating company, but those entry level positions go to people graduating with an MBA in real estate or a specialized Masters in Real Estate degree. 

My current situation is that I have been working at my current job making great money for the past 3 months and plan on making this a career, however it isn’t in my degree field( graduated in 2021) nor have I worked in this field the past two years.

Once I graduate, I'll hopefully find a buyer who is offering more for the property than I originally planned to buy it for, that way, I can use the difference to pay off my tuition.Will this be feasible in the Boston University area?

Also, this same Airbnb guest attempted to put up a party tent in our tiny urban backyard/garden to host a graduation party for her daughter.

Other programs can be short term e.g. 6, 12, 18 months etc. after which the participant may be forced to "graduate."
