Not going to lie, the amount of interest paid over the life of a typical mortgage is insane to me. 

I am not a fan of wholesalers, 98% of them are unethical and straight up lie at least from my experiences. 

There will be a lot of lies coming out about the economy so don't get swayed, rather believe what you see with your own eyes. 

I'm also extremely offended that you're suggesting that we're lying about our business model.

However, its true value lies in education, ethical standards, and networking.

The problem lies in whether it makes sense to invest in a market where future price appreciation is only 2% and negative -$300 cash-flow; or invest in fixed CD 5% ; or invest in a market where appreciation is 10% this year, 3 percent after that LOL.With 2% future price vs 5% CD it's obvious the CD has better IRR.

I think for most advanced company (such as Pfizer vs JohnsonNJohnson), their future lies in how much deep research or drug product they can find through AI.

Found out we were being lied to throughout covid by one of their office people , Kayla, (because we couldn't get hold of Terrance, btw) about our tenant not paying rent. 

Plus, all this stuff lying around could easily impede ingress/egress.
