Negotiating a security deposit amount is not a red flag for me, especially with over $10K in estimated moving expenses (professional movers) and move-in costs (1st month and security).

Unfortunately, you ignored multiple red flags during the vetting process and now you're paying a price.

It would go for about 3 minutes then flag an error LO FL.

After the fact, you identified red flags and now understand why someone promoting on BP is no different than someone posting on other social media pages...it shouldn't automatically lend credibility to the company simply because they pay to promote themselves on BP.

I looked into it and it just seemed to have red flags everywhere.. like most of the other "gurus" out there.

I just thought the urgency for me to sign it the increasing the percent he was going to give me was a huge red flag - I'm not signing anything without an attorney reviewing it. 

That is a huge red flag.

On the other hand if they are a sponsor that is experienced in stopping a skin in the game, that's a huge red flag for me.c) how open to scrutiny are they?

When taking the test, time each question so you get to them all.Pretty sure you can flag questions to come back to later, so if you get stumped, flag the question and come back to those after you get through all the questions.You don't want to run out of time before you run out of questions!
