If I ever find myself getting comfortable, I pretty much know I am not doing **** lol so EMBRACE the fear.

If by healthy you mean personal health, we are getting a Fresh Market and a new Kroger Marketplace, along with having a couple great local places like Hendersonville Produce and the farmer's market during the summer - people are wanting more and more healthier options here so it is slowly but surely happening in Hendersonville.  

I am think it would be healthier to have a more balanced real estate investment pro folio.

And if that $1M asset comes with $750K of debt, you'd better believe (and I do trust my PM) that I'm laying eyes on it myself from time to time.So if starting with a single $50K property is just a first step then I could see embracing the travel costs.

It won't be perfect but embrace the "handcrafted" imperfection of your floors. 

So many other countries embrace modular / component construction, as it's more precise, energy efficient, etc.

I was quite slow to embrace social media.

Normally we would only engage our in-house network and sell our properties that way, however it's time to embrace the future and social media to reach a bigger audience. ( I also have a few years of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on new-media strategies, meaning I do have a bias towards social media as I've seen it transform the way marketeers reach their audience and have direct effect on the bottom line).
