Anyone know a good Seo guy and good WordPress template?  

First of all, we are working with an SEO/PPC management company.  

I implemented mine and according to my new SEO guy did a pretty good job for a newbie, but a pretty bad job overall...lol.Spending about $1200mo since January it takes about 2 months to get a deal we can close.That averages about 30 leads (calls or website forms) per deal, no idea how many clicks turn into a lead-deal ect.I just turned it over to my new SEO guy and the entire thing looks different, they seem confident we can get a lot more mileage out of that $1,200mo.

I am not to up to date with SEO or anything like that.

Assuming one can find listing leads through marketing, PPC or SEO.

She wants to primarily specialize in listing properties, and one source for these leads is online.Does anyone have any suggestions for keywords to use that potential sellers will use in google for SEO/PPC that would make good potential leads for a listing agent?

If they made every SEO expert on both sites contribute 1 hour of their own work, both services would be #1 in search results for the rest of our lives...

If you were to hire a property management company to handle both the properties and turn the whole thing over to them, they would get the rents up to par as quickly as possible without you first having to sort through two states' worth of regulations and second having to convince mom and dad to take your sage advice.The issue with the Florida tenant's rent payments might be your angle in pushing property management.

I don't use adwords (only SEO) but it's a great way to get leads to your website.  

I have been scouring the usual places (wholesalers, foreclosures, Craigslist, etc...) and working on SEO for lead generation.
