That would be much better but I wasn't sure about using a lender I can't confront or communicate with up front.

I love this idea because I'm non confrontational and I feel like this would make policy enforcing a lot easier.  

I contacted the landlord 4 months ago and the noise stopped, but it is back now.I went and confronted the Zumba owner and they are claiming its not that loud. 

They say they live next door to her and they don't want to live with any confrontation.

Hello,If my tenant had been saying they were uncomfortable living there recently because the owner downstairs has been complaining over them making noise when walking up stairs and the owner has confront them to stop walking faster which eventually my tenants got feed up and afraid everytime he confront them and my tenants eventually left my unit because they felt uncomfortable around the owner downstairs can I sue the owner by having him pay the months of rent I will loose for the unit to vacant because he scared of my tenants?

I'm not saying he's at fault for his own death but this should be a warning sign to other Landords: do not confront someone at night over unpaid rent or other problems.

You state that there’s a $100 delta in rent and market and then talk about $400 end state but we don’t know where you’re starting.Get it as close to market as possible that you can stomach, your tenants can handle, and feel you can clearly communicate when confronted.

They work often with strong buyers who do not mind paying a little more.We as listing agents often confront with investors wanting to low ball.

I've confronted some of these people and asked them to move their cars on several occasions, but there are too many to keep up.
