I mean, let's be real, Drake Bell is performing a free concert at a festival held in proprietor's park late June. 

Most of the others cities lack concerts, events, and outdoor activity. 

Many investors have tried transferring the land to partners, friends or family to sell but "acting in concert" is also illegal and selling an illegal subdivision is a felony. 

It's in a great location - walking distance to grocery store, great bars/restaurants, concert venue and a light rail station that can take someone into Denver, etc

Otherwise lots of people coming for university tours, conventions at Alliant, events at The Kohl Center and concert venues like the Sylvee.

A new concert venue was recently opened in the downtown and my husband and I have been looking at the demand for STR in that location.
