I keep deluding myself by telling myself, “After I buy this thingy (e.g. the car), I won’t be wanting anything else for a while.”

There are some on the less desirable parts of Cary, but I am not familiar with the areas well enough to know where to start finding them.

When we got back in the car, I realized that this is like contract for deed, which I have never researched properly.

You are paying a premium to be in new construction, kind of like a new car. I

So we started getting guests that wanted to get away from home for a week or 2 and yet be able to stay away from people and reach the destination by car.  I

Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Boise, Salt Lake City, DFW, Austin, Atlanta, Tampa, Raleigh/Cary and several other southeastern US markets. 

This person has told me they smoke meth and is paranoid that his car is going to get stolen and all the neighbors "watch him".

Hope to close about four more in May/June then take a few months off from acquisition and let things settle in for a while as I will have completed deployment of my primary residence home equity loan and the proceeds from a fancy car I used to have into rental properties.  

Selling the car is good idea.
