Every area in the country I’d suspect has suppliers tgat should have less expensive cabinets, fixtures, carpets, vinyl/wood flooring etc. 

Before it was rented I added kitchen cabinets and a counter where there was none, remodeled the bathroom (not a complete makeover, but substantial), added a dishwasher and installed flooring.  

This 4 plex that my son is working on has new appliances, with the blue film still protecting the stainless steel faces, new cabinets and is totally empty of trash.

You should be able to do an average kitchen for $2500 or less (installed) but that means new cabinets as well.

Really great product and so much over than working with oil.Now the cabinets I refinished,... they got oil primer.

There is around 5-9 cats (he is obsessed with cats and let's them breed in the house) their litter box is just the bathroom vanity cabinet. 

I'm going to sand and paint the current kitchen cabinets because they are in great shape and could save a lot on my budget by preserving the current ones. 

Forget the surround, what is a dehumidifier doing operating on top of the toilet:) Then they stuffed some tiny cabinet and tiled on top of it and put it directly in front of the already small space in front of the toilet?

I am a cabinet contractor and I redo kitchens, bathrooms, closets....I go through this process with a lot of my customers and its very exciting to see the transition. 

He also finishes our countertops and cabinets so well it looks like a factory finish.
