Sid not to be a jerk but it doesn't seem like you've done much research.Your criteria is way too vague and broad for anyone to start searching for properties for you.You didn't tell us: -How much money you have?

(Also, I'm curious to see how your system would work against a company with hundreds of transactions every month)For someone who has a less broad knowledge base, or more limited knowledge of Excel, your system is going to be hard to implement and challenging to maintain.

Before you go much further, I would get a local agent or someone who can give you an accurate comp/ ARV.  60-115k is a very broad range.

I know that's a broad question but any advice on scaling up to more deals per year would be appreciated!

We hear some of the broad strokes of the steps taken to get to a particular point.  

The neighborhood is near the Fern Rock (Broad Street Line) train which is a plus people say.
