In the past we have advertised with magazine publications such as Realty411 and Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine. 

As a fellow New Yorker I too wanted to build my passive income through real estate. 

Consider the followingrules and guidelines: The employing broker’s name must be included in all advertisements, including classified ads, real estate advertising guides, and other magazine ads.

You need the cooperation of the managing agent, who, like every other New Yorker, is really busy all the time and may or may not respond to lender's emails, phone calls or letters.
