Raising Money for downpayment
Hello Experts,
I like a property that I want to buy. Property has the returns + value add that meets my goals.
However i am short of half of the downpayment to make its 70:30 LTV. Understand I can't afford this on my own but still want to see if anyone has any creative advise. I do not want to partner but rather willing to pay higher interest on borrowed funds.
thanks in advance for any advise.
Best, Gary

Hey Gary,
To understand exactly what you are saying, you are buying for 70% ARV and need 30% down? Please shoot me a private message and I am confident we can help you with the financing for this.
Thanks,
