I have had a rental property for a short period here in CT and have sold it in 2017.

.: Property managers, how do you collect rent from tenants, keep your management fee, and send the remainder to the owner without it reflecting as if you received the full rental income in your bank account?

Turn key rentals seem to be a good way to go, but I'm also trying to learn about other more passive strategies.

I have a few rentals with section 8, and they are professionally managed.

If you're looking for appreciation and are comfortable with being a landlord, keeping it as a rental could work, especially if it's cash-flowing $300/month.
