I work full time and have a toddler and I still make time to look at houses during the week.

I was young and had a newborn, toddler, and fiancé.

Current tenant moved in as husband and wife, and now they have 2 toddlers tearing the place up so it's going to need some work. 

We have a toddler who is growing rapidly and becoming a force of nature.

The toddler is happy in the baby pool.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad on Jan 1st (and three days before my 32nd birthday) I had a realization… I needed to get my a** in gear, take calculated risks, and begin pursuing the lifestyle I have always dreamed of.I started my real estate endeavor by reading numerous books including “Millionaire Real Estate Investor”, “The One Thing”, “Multi-Family Millions”, by David Lindahl, “Toddlers Are A**holes” (more on that later), all of Ken McElroy’s books and many more.

I work a full-time job and have a toddler, so this is the hardest part for me.

There was a point where I forced her to walk away from everything and we lived in a car while we passed our 3 toddlers around to relatives for a while.

I'm kind of at a point of analysis paralysis...with our work schedules, the distance, and a toddler I don't think we can visit any of these sites in the near future.
